Slate Harbor

Coastal wellbeing studio

Steady minds,
calm harbours.

Clinical care with a quiet edge, for people who want mental health support that feels composed rather than clinical.

Who we are

Slate Harbor is a small wellbeing practice built on the idea that good mental health care should feel unhurried, evidence led, and genuinely kind.

We work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, and the slow work of feeling at home in themselves. No jargon, no false promises, no rush. Just careful, qualified people who take the time to understand what you are actually carrying.

Every plan is written for one person. We hold the space, you set the pace.

The harbour idea

A harbour is not the open sea and it is not dry land. It is the calm in between, a place to shelter, refit, and gather your bearings before you set out again.

That is the posture we bring to every session. We are not here to fix you or hurry you along. We are here to give you steady ground while you decide what comes next.

In their words

What people tell us afterwards

I arrived expecting to be assessed. Instead I was heard. It changed how I speak to myself.
Rowan D. / Therapy client
The pace was the whole point. Nobody pushed. For the first time in years I actually rested.
Priya M. / Coaching client
They helped me make sense of the paperwork I had avoided for months. Quiet, precise, human.
