Four services, one steady standard. Each begins with listening, and none of them start with a template.

Service 01

One to one therapy

Confidential talking therapy with a qualified practitioner. We work with anxiety, low mood, trauma recovery, grief, and the big transitions that leave you unsteady.

Sessions are fifty minutes, weekly or fortnightly, and always led by what you bring rather than a fixed protocol.

Service 02

Wellbeing coaching

Forward-facing work for burnout, boundaries, and building routines that survive contact with real life. Coaching is practical and paced, not a lecture.

Ideal if you are functioning but frayed, and want structure without being handled with kid gloves.

Access and rights guidance

Sessions dedicated to the practical machinery of support, from understanding eligibility to preparing documentation and benefits paperwork. We sit beside you while it gets sorted.

Quiet group sessions

Small, closed circles of no more than six people, built around a shared experience. Gently facilitated, with the same care and confidentiality as private work.

The first three sessions

We never write a plan before we understand the person. Here is what the beginning usually looks like.

A relaxed first meeting to hear what brought you here. Nothing is decided, nothing is pushed. You leave with a clearer sense of fit.

We map

Together we sketch what steady would feel like for you, and which of our four services fit best. Honest about scope and limits.

We begin

Your plan is written for you alone, with a pace you set. We review it openly and adjust as often as your life needs.
